Akobo Minerals AB ("Akobo" or the "Company") has the pleasure of inviting you to an online webinar on Thursday 14 March 2024 at 13:00 CET, in connection with the ongoing subsequent rights issue. The webinar will be hosted by SpareBank 1 Markets AS.
Eligible shareholders have been invited to participate in a subsequent rights issue to raise gross proceeds of up to NOK 28.3 million, following the private placement and amendment of debt terms announced in a press release on 27 February 2024. The subscription period in the subsequent rights issue commenced today, 13 March 2024, and will expire on 27 March 2024.
