Sundholm Welding AB has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 23 million and has six employees.
- We look forward to being part of a leading Nordic group like Alligo, which is constantly developing and improving its business, says Johan Sundholm, CEO and owner of Sundholm Welding AB.
- Sundholm Welding fits in well with Alligo's growth strategy. Over the past year, we have acquired five well-managed and profitable welding companies with combined annual sales of approximately SEK 250 million. This gives Alligo a strong Nordic position in welding services, with good opportunities for further growth, says Clein Ullenvik, President and CEO of Alligo.
The acquisition was completed on 1 July 2024.
