Reminder: Invitation to Anora's Capital Markets Day 2025

Anora, the leading Nordic wine and spirits group, is pleased to invite analysts, institutional investors, bankers and media to its Capital Markets Day (CMD) in Helsinki, Finland. The event will take place on Wednesday, 5 November 2025 at 11.00 a.m.−3.00 p.m. local time (EET) at Valkoinen Sali (White Hall) at Aleksanterinkatu 16-18, 00170 Helsinki, Finland. The key presentations can be also followed through a live webcast at https://anora.events.inderes.com/cmd-2025.

The Capital Markets Day focuses on Anora's plans to create sustainable profitable growth. Anora's work on an updated strategy will be divided into the following phases: Fit & Fix and Focus. The Fit & Fix phases will deliver short and mid-term performance improvement over 2025-2026, while the Focus phase drives growth initiatives as of 2026 onwards. Through management presentations, the attendees will hear about Anora's actions to reach profitable growth and financial targets. In addition to CEO Kirsi Puntila, the speakers of the day include CFO Stein Eriksen and Anora's business segment leaders Hannu Vähämurto (Industrial), Janne Halttunen (Wine) and Imre Avalo (Spirits). In addition to the main presentations, those attending in person will have the opportunity to join breakout sessions with Imre Avalo and Janne Halttunen to hear more about Anora's latest product innovations and iconic brands.
