The number of shares and votes in Apotea AB (publ) ("Apotea") has changed as a result of the issues in kind carried out in connection with the listing of Apotea's ordinary shares on Nasdaq Stockholm on 6 December 2024.
Through the issues in kind, the total number of shares has increased with 2,522,304 shares, from 102,742,950 shares to 105,265,254 shares, and the number of votes has increased with 1,447,444.8, from 102,742,950 to 104,190,394.8. The total number of shares is divided into 104,070,966 ordinary shares and 1,194,288 class C shares. The share capital has increased by SEK 12,611.52, from SEK 513,714.75 to SEK 526,326.27.
