• Approved the proposal to amend the Articles of Association with an authorisation to the Board of Directors to increase the share capital by a nominal amount of up to DKK 30,000,000 in the period until and including June 30, 2024, with pre-emptive rights for the existing shareholders at a price determined by the Board of Directors, which may be below market price.
