Arctic Bioscience AS informs that Jone Slinning has decided to step down from the position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to pursue opportunities outside the Company. Jone Slinning will continue in the role until 31.12.2026 and will assist in securing an orderly transition of responsibilities. The Board of Directors would like to thank Jone for his contribution during the tenure with the Company and wishes him every success in future endeavors.
The Company has initiated a process to appoint a successor and will provide further updates in due course.
