The share buy-backs form part of the share repurchase program, limited to a maximum amount of SEK 100 million, which Arise announced on 14 November 2023. The share repurchase program, which has been run from 16 November 2023 up until today, 6 May 2024, has been carried out in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 ("MAR") and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052 (the "Safe Harbor Regulation"). The objectives of the share buy-backs have been to adapt the Company's capital structure to its capital requirements over time, and thereby contribute to increased shareholder value. The intention is currently to reduce Arise's share capital through subsequent share cancellations.

All acquisitions have been carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by Kepler Cheuvreux on behalf of Arise. Following the above acquisitions, Arise's holding of own shares as of today, 6 May 2024, amounts to 2,077,803 shares. The total number of shares in Arise amounts to 44,494,235.
