The annual general meeting held on 30 May 2022 in Artificial Solutions International AB (publ) resolved on a reverse share split, whereby ten (10) existing shares consolidate into one (1) new share (1:10). The general meeting resolved to authorise the board of directors to determine the record date for the reverse share split. Today, the board of directors has, based on the authorisation, determined that the record date for the reverse share split shall be 22 June 2022.

Shareholders do not have to take any actions to take part in the reverse share split. As a consequence of the reverse share split the shares of Artificial Solutions International will change ISIN-code. From and including 21 June 2022 the shares will be traded with the new ISIN-code SE0018040735.
Shareholders whose shareholdings at the record date is not evenly divisible with ten will receive shares free of charge from a major shareholder, in order for the holdings to be evenly divisible by ten. Such equalizing shares will be provided through Euroclear Sweden AB, without the need for further measures to be taken by the shareholders.
After the reverse share split, the number of shares in the company will be 6,570,538, entailing a quota value of approximately SEK 18 after the reverse share split.
