"With an aging population, and more patients being cared for at home, the personal service and access to products to improve quality of life is highly important. We are continuing to build on our presence in this area across Europe and are pleased to welcome ITAK and their team to Asker. With a customer focused mindset and deep dedication to patients, they have built a market leading position in Estonia. We share their passion to improve patient outcomes and look forward to supporting ITAK's continued growth", says Johan Falk, CEO Asker Healthcare Group.

ITAK sells a wide assortment of mobility aids, personal care items and medical devices directly to patients and their care providers via 22 service centers across Estonia and online. The company has 67 employees and generated revenue of approximately SEK 90m in 2024.

The acquisition remains subject to regulatory approval and is expected to be closed in the third quarter of 2025.
