MS Labors specialises in the sale of point-of-care testing equipment and consumables to general practitioners and other primary care facilities in Austria. The company has 5 employees and generated revenue of approximately SEK 23m in 2024.

The acquisition is a bolt-on acquisition to Heintel Gruppe.
