Andreas has a solid background in the property industry having held many roles for various players. In his most recent position as a property manager at Neobo, he was responsible for a portfolio of about 700,000 square metres and an organisation of approximately 75 employees. Before then, he held leading roles at NCC Property Development and Castellum and key positions at Besqab, such as the role of business development, property development and property manager. Andreas has also gained international experience in the role of Head of Asset Management Europe at Artmax Property.

The assignment as business area director for Properties is to take overall responsibility for operatively and strategically propelling Atrium Ljungberg's management business. The business area director leads the organisation and develops and modernises the property portfolio with a focus on increasing customer satisfaction, sustainability and profitability and adding value. Andreas will be a member of the executive management team and will start his job in June 2026 the latest.

Following the recruitment, Atrium Ljungberg’s executive management team comprises: Annica Ånäs, CEO; Anna Jepson, CFO; Linus Kjellberg, Business Area Manager, Business Development; Angela Berg, Business Area Manager, Projects; Helena Martini, HR Director; Erik Skalin, Business Area Director, Leasing; and Andreas Wik, Business Area Director, Properties. Until Andreas Wik starts his position CEO Annica Ånäs will take on the role of Acting Business Area Director, Properties.
