In November next year, Haglöfs will move into Lilla Marknadshallen – one of Slakthusområdet’s historic buildings, known for its unique industrial architecture which is currently undergoing a careful renovation. Establishing the new headquarters marks a strategic step for Haglöfs, as both the building and the dynamic district reflect the company’s identity and brand positioning. Slakthusområdet is evolving into a vibrant neighborhood where innovation, design, culture, gastronomy, and creative workplaces meet. With its new headquarters, Haglöfs will join the growing cluster of prominent companies in the area, including A house and Menigo. Atrium Ljungberg’s ongoing development of Slakthusområdet continues to attract brands and organizations with strong creative ambitions.

The lease agreement is a so-called green lease – an arrangement between landlord and tenant to implement joint measures that maintain or improve the property’s environmental performance.

House 48 Lilla Marknadshallen has a total lettable area of approximately 1,950 square meters with an annual rental value of around SEK 10 million, excluding additional charges. After completed leases the property's occupancy rate amounts to 72%.
