Audientes A/S (CVR 36047631) hereby announces an update to the planned publication date of its Q3 2025 Financial Report and, as a result, an update to its financial calendar for 2025.

Background
Audientes has previously informed the market of its work on the company's future capitalisation and its ongoing evaluation of various strategic alternatives, including potential investments, partnerships, or transactions of a more long-term structural nature.
The Board of Directors has resolved to postpone the publication of the Q3 2025 Financial Report from November 21, 2025, to November 30, 2025.
The postponement is due to the Company's ongoing dialogue and negotiations with potential financing and commercial partners, which may have a material impact on the conclusions of the forthcoming Q3 report. The Company also finds it relevant to include the latest updates and the outcome of these discussions in the communication of the financial report.
