Update on today's court hearing
Audientes A/S ("Audientes" or "the Company") announces that the Danish court today held the scheduled hearing regarding the bankruptcy petition filed against the Company by a creditor.
At the hearing, a group of existing shareholders, represented by joint legal counsel, declared their willingness to provide financing to the Company. This financing is intended to enable settlement of the specific creditor's claim and thereby avoid the issuance of a bankruptcy decree.
Court decision
In light of the information presented, the court has decided to grant the Company an extension. A new hearing has been scheduled for 18 December 2025, during which the court will assess whether the financing has been secured, whether the petition can be withdrawn and other matters that may arise in the meantime.
Until that time, the Company will continue its work to finalise a complete funding solution together with the involved shareholders and other prospective investors.
