(Nedre Vats, 29 August 2025): Reference is made to the long-term incentive plan for 2022 ("LTIP 2022") for certain members of AutoStore Holdings Ltd.'s ("AutoStore" or the "Company", OSE: AUTO) management and other leading employees (the "Executives").
Under the LTIP 2022, the Executives were, amongst others, awarded restricted stock units ("RSUs"). The RSUs were subject to a time-based vesting on the date falling 36 months following the date of grant. The RSUs have now vested and were settled today, 29 August 2025, through the delivery of 610,978 shares held in treasury by AutoStore to the Executives, corresponding to the total number of vested RSUs.
Bendik Førre, primary insider and Chief Strategy Officer, has received 15,710 shares. Please see the attached form of notification and public disclosure for further information.
