AutoStore Holdings Ltd.: Cancellation of treasury shares

The Company has today completed the cancellation of 16,511,742 treasury shares repurchased pursuant to the Share Buy-back Program. The cancellation has been effected in the Depository Trust Company ("DTC") and will be reflected in Euronext Securities Oslo (the "VPS").

The Share Buy-back Program is anticipated to continue until December 31, 2026, and the Company will going forward cancel treasury shares on a continuous basis.

Following this cancellation, the total number of issued shares in the Company is 3,412,028,687 of which 59,816,672 shares are treasury shares.
