Takeover Offer Closed. WPTG owns 87.5% of Ayima Group

Whiet Pearl Technology Group (WPTG) last night announced that the takeover offer for Ayima had closed and that WPTG now controls 87.48% of the shares in Ayima Group. Ayima Group will now proceed to be consolidated into WPTG
