BTC AB announces that the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) has today registered the conversion of 7,012 Class C shares into Class B shares, in accordance with the Company's articles of association and as previously communicated in the Company's Q3 2025 report.
The conversion is based on the increase in the Company's Bitcoin per Share (BPS) during the third quarter. As stated in the Q3 report, the conversion corresponds to 20 percent of the increase in BPS from the date of listing up to 30 September 2025, resulting in a 0.9 percent dilution of the total number of B-shares.
Following today's registration with Bolagsverket, the conversion has now been executed and the total number of outstanding Class B shares amounts to 780,313.
