Chief Executive Share Purchase

Beowulf (AIM: BEM; Spotlight: BEO), announces that Ed Bowie, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, has today acquired 18,831 shares at the price of £0.265. This takes Mr Bowie's total shareholding to 261,890 shares representing approximately 0.7% of the Company's issued share capital.
