Besqab AB (publ) ("Besqab") is starting the construction of 70 homes in Storgården, the fourth development phase at Norrberget in Vaxholm. The construction will be carried out as a divided contract with Besqab's own site management. The homes are expected to be ready for occupancy in early 2028.
Magnus Andersson, CEO of Besqab, says:
"Norrberget offers a fantastic micro-location in Vaxholm, elevated with views over the archipelago. The phase we are now starting consists of space-efficient apartments that are slightly smaller than those in previous phases. In this way, we complement the offering and make it possible for more people to live at Norrberget."
Storgården comprises four buildings with a total of 70 new apartments. It is the fourth phase of the Norrberget development area, which will ultimately include five residential blocks with approximately 230 homes, as well as a preschool and a special housing facility.
Construction will be carried out as a divided contract with Besqab's own site management, like previous phases at Norrberget. Storgården is expected to be completed in 2028.
