Beyond Frames Entertainment lends SEK 4 million to Corvenia
Beyond Frames Entertainment AB (publ) has agreed to lend SEK 4 million to Corvenia AB to enable the AI company to continue its focus on customer growth.
On October 30, 2026, Beyond Frames announced an agreement for a reverse acquisition with the owners of Corvenia AB, an AI company that automates group consolidation. To enable Corvenia to continue its marketing efforts and enter into agreements with new customers, Beyond Frames and Corvenia have agreed on a loan amounting to SEK 4 million.
The loan carries an annual interest rate of 12% and matures on March 28, 2027. The loan is secured by Corvenia raising new capital. If the reverse acquisition is not approved and completed, the loan shall be repaid immediately. The loan is not expected to have any significant impact on Beyond Frames' operations.
