Biokraft International AB (PUBL) confirms redemption of its senior secured floating rate green bonds due 2026 and announces that interim reports no longer will be published

This notice is made in respect of Biokraft International AB (publ) (previously Scandinavian Biogas Fuels International AB (publ)) ("Biokraft") up to SEK 1,200,000,000 senior secured floating rate green bonds due 2026 (ISIN: SE0015812441) (the "Bonds").

Biokraft has on 11 July 2024 settled the full repayment of the Bonds. As a consequence of the delisting of the shares in Biokraft from Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market and the Bonds being delisted from Nasdaq Stockholm and redeemed in full, the requirement to issue interim reports is no longer applicable to Biokraft. Against the above background, Biokraft has decided not to publish interim reports going forward.
