The new wellness center will offer a range of services and activities, including several holistic treatments based on Asian methods and traditions combined with modern bio-hacking techniques, making it an exciting and unique destination for wellness travelers. The investment in this center is expected to not only provide a strong new revenue stream for Boho Club, but also increase occupancy and generate additional sales in the hotel's restaurant and other facilities.
The wellness center will open in September 2024 and will help reduce the seasonality effects of the hotel, as well as contribute to a higher performance for Boho Club as a whole.
"Our vision is to create a holistic experience for our guests where they can find balance and well-being. With this wellness center we are taking a big step towards realizing that vision. Furthermore, we will be able to take part in a market that is growing at a CAGR of around 5% annually and is expected to reach EUR 360 billion by 2029, according to a report by Mordor Intelligence," says Andreas Bonnier, CEO of Quartiers Properties.
