Election to the board of directors
The meeting decided, in accordance with the board's proposal, that in addition to the board members elected at the annual general meeting, for the time until the end of the next annual general meeting, elect Fredrik Björklund as a regular member of the board.
Amendment of the articles of association
The meeting decided, in accordance with the board's proposal, to change the first point of the articles of association with regard to the company's name, from Quartiers Properties AB (publ) to Boho Group AB (publ). The change of the company's name is subject to approval by the Swedish Companies Registration Office.

Briefly about the company
Quartiers Properties is a real estate development company in the top tier in terms of design and quality with operations on the Spanish sun coast. The company was founded in 2014.
Quartiers Properties owns and operates Boho Club which is a boutique resort on the Golden Mile in Marbella with a restaurant and 40 hotel rooms. The project has been awarded for its design and architecture and both the hotel and the restaurant have since the launch in 2019 established themselves as a leading player in Marbella.
