The proposed SOCIMI structure will bring many benefits to the Company. It provides direct and easier access to the Spanish capital market and makes it easier for Spanish and international real estate focused investors to invest directly and exclusively in the property portfolio. The structure also offers tax incentives, making it an optimal vehicle for operating and developing a profitable property portfolio in Spain.

His contribution to the business will focus on investment and strategic planning for value creation initiatives in the property portfolio.
