In January, the Company announced its ambition to develop its Golden Mile properties with up to 300 hotel rooms, subject to final approval from Marbella municipality in the zoning process. The process with the municipality is proceeding according to plan and RAFAEL DE LA-HOZ Architects, a leading global architectural firm based in Madrid, is now engaged for the conceptual and architectural development of a brand-new hotel at Centro Forestal Sueco, as well as an extension of Boho Club Marbella.
RAFAEL DE LA-HOZ Architects has a track record of prestigious projects from around the world and is being hired to create a new landmark in Marbella.
With this project, we are setting the bar high to not only meet, but to exceed the expectations of what a hotel can offer. Our collaboration with RAFAEL DE LA-HOZ Architects is an important part of realizing this vision, as together we strive to create an architecture that Marbella has never seen before. We are determined to make this a destination for the whole year, not just one season.
