BPC Instruments AB (publ) ("BPC") announces the appointment of Hampus Darrell as new external Chief Financial Officer through Aspia. Hampus Darrell will step into the role of CFO in May 2025, succeeding Henrik Ljung.
CEO Dr. Jing Liu comments:

Hampus Darrell joins BPC with broad expertise from managing finance functions. He holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from Lund University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Hampus has experience from working as an auditor at KPMG, where he also led the Financial Services Team in South of Sweden, and has held several senior finance positions, including CFO at Setterwalls Law Firm. Most recently, Director at Aspia. Through Aspia, Hampus assumes the role of external CFO at BPC. The collaboration also gives BPC access to Aspia's in-house expertise and resources.
