Brain+ A/S ("Brain+) announces that Betül Susamis Unaran, member of the company's Board of Directors, has today informed of her decision to resign from her board position, effective on 30 November. Betül was first elected to the board in September 2022, and her decision to leave her position is a consequence of changes in her other professional commitments.

Betül Susamis Unaran, board member, commented on her resignation:

"It has been a real pleasure to work on the board of Brain+ and to follow and contribute to the company's development over the past 14 months. Digital therapy is an area of high growth and with an immense potential - not least to help combat the global challenges of dementia. I am convinced that Brain+ stands in a unique position to become an important provider of digital dementia therapeutic to help millions of people living with the disease."

Brain+ thanks Betül for her valuable contributions and Chairman of the Board, Anders Härfstrand said:

In due course, Brain+ will be seeking to appoint a further board member candidate which will be proposed for election at a general meeting.
