On Monday, 2 October 2023 at 11:30 - 12:30 CEST, Brain+ will host an online investor meeting.
At the meeting, CEO Kim Baden-Kristensen will start with an update on the company's recent achievements and provide a status on activities and outlook, including details of the upcoming TO2 warrant exercise period from 2 - 14 October 2023. This will be followed by a Q&A session where the CEO and CFO Hanne Leth Hillman will answer questions from investors.
Brain+ invites all interested, both current shareholders and other investors to participate in this event and to ask questions. The Q&A section for the event is already open for questions to be submitted to the company's management before the event starts. Here it is also possible to vote for and upvote those questions which are considered the most important to have addressed during the event. Brain+ will address as many questions as possible, and if there is not enough time to address all, the most upvoted question will be prioritized.
The online event will be held in English.
