Brain+ A/S ("Brain+ or "the Company") is inviting its shareholders, other investors and stakeholders to a webinar, which will take place on Monday, 3 Februry 2025 at 15:30 CEST / 14:30 UK time. At the webinar, members of the management team will provide an update on the UK near-term sales outlook and give details on the recently announced operational restructuring of the Company and the intended 50% secured Unit Rights Issue.

Brain+ is inviting its shareholders, other investors and stakeholders to a webinar, which will take place via the Stokk.io platform on

Monday, 3 February 2025 at 15:30 CEST / 14:30 UK time.

The webinar will be focused on the following:

  • An update on the progress of UK commercial activities, including a status on the near-term sales outlook and the value of current customer leads across the two targeted dementia care market segments: UK private care and nursery homes and public memory service units under the NHS.
  • Details on the recently announced restructuring of Brain+' activities, which will reduce operational expenditures by 35% with full effect from July 2025 and advance projected operational cash-flow break-even by 6 months to mid-2026.
  • The background and prospects for the announced Unit Rights Issue, which is 50% secured and intended to be carried out in March 2025. The Rights Issue has the potential to raise sufficient new capital to fund Brain+' activities past operational break-even.
