Bravida was given access to Region Skåne's external investigation at the same time it was made public. Bravida takes the investigation very seriously and will proceed with an in-depth review of this and of the company's internal processes and routines.

The investigation linked to Region Skåne is led by Fredrik Jonsson, Chief Legal Officer at Bravida and aims to find out what has happened and ensure that adequate measures are taken. Furthermore, Magnus Liljefors, former Chief Legal Officer and today responsible for M&A at Bravida, will lead a Sweden-wide investigation to ensure that our high demands on business ethics and correct behavior are implemented and complied within all parts of the organization.
During Friday, Bravida took a number of measures to provide the market with appropriate information. Shareholders have also been invited to an information meeting that will take place on Monday, April 8 at 3 p.m (CET).
