Bravida acquires Herberts Rör AB and strengthens its position in Bohuslän. The company has 37 employees and had a turnover of approximately SEK 56 million in 2018.
Herberts Rör AB offers service and installation within HVAC. The company also runs a store in Stenungsund. The customer base is primarily local building companies, the municipality and private customers. The company is based in Stenungsund and is also represented on Tjörn and in Gothenburg.
"With the acquisition of Herberts Rör we are strengthening our HVAC offering in Bohuslän even further. On top of that we will also get closer to customers in Stenungsund, Tjörn and Orust which will help us to broaden our offering in the local area, says Hans Hermansson, Bravidas regional manager in the Gothenburg-region.
Herberts Rör was founded in 1937. The owner Lars Olsson runs Herberts Rör as third generation and he will continue as repsponsible for the business. He says:
"I look forward to taking the next step in the development of the company together with Bravida. I am sure that it will be very beneficial for us and our customers to become part of a large company."
Bravida will take over as owner on June 3 2019.
