The Board of Directors of Brighter AB (publ) ("Brighter" or the "Company") expands on the previously announced loan financing with Formue Nord Markedsneutral of SEK 10.0 million. The loan financing is expanded with SEK 2.5 million and will cover running operational costs until the completion of the Company's ongoing rights issue. The loan financing is procured with a monthly interest of 2.0 percent, in line with the earlier procured loan from Formue Nord Markedsneutral. The loan financing is intended to be repaid with capital raised from the ongoing rights issue.
