Brinova signed an agreement to divest the property located at Telegrafvej, Ballerup in Greater Copenhagen, Denmark on March 31, 2026. Today, April 14, the transaction has been completed, and the property has been transferred. 

The development property, part of the acquisition completed in April 2025 from K-Fastigheter, had an original value of DKK 380 million. The property was completed in November 2025 and is currently fully leased and comprises a leasable area of 11,059 square meters, along with an associated parking garage. At year-end, the property had a property value of DKK 397 million. The transaction is carried out as a share deal reflecting an underlying property value of DKK 437 million (approximately SEK 637 million) prior to deduction of deferred tax and sales expenses. The purchaser is the Danish asset manager Formuepleje.
