Brinova Fastigheter AB (publ) ("Brinova") has today signed an agreement to divest the newly built Danish residential property comprising 153 apartments.
The property is located on Telegrafvej in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen, Denmark. The development property, part of the acquisition completed in April 2025 from K-Fastigheter and completed in November 2025, is currently fully leased. The property comprises a leasable area of 11,059 square meters, along with an associated parking garage. The transaction is carried out as a share deal reflecting an underlying property value of DKK 437 million (ca SEK 637 million) prior to deduction of deferred tax. The purchaser is the Danish asset manager Formuepleje, which will assume ownership of the companies on 14 April 2026.
CEO Per Johansson comments on the divestment: "In a market environment characterized by strong demand for high-quality properties in Copenhagen, we have chosen to sell our Danish holding to an investor with strong local expertise. The transaction is well aligned with our strategy to further focus our property portfolio geographically and to create the best possible conditions for Brinova's ongoing value growth."
