CapMan Capital Markets Day 2025: Positioned for profitable growth

CapMan is hosting a Capital Markets Day for investors and analysts today, 11 March 2025 in Helsinki. The event webcast will start at 13:00 EET and end approximately at 15:30 EET.

During the Capital Markets Day, CapMan's management will provide information about the company's strategy, operations and operating environment, as well as present the company's financial development. The event is held in English.

We continue on the path to doubling our assets under management to EUR 10 billion during year 2027, which is the strategic objective that we set in 2022. The growth in assets under management supports fee income growth, which we expect to grow in line with assets under management.

In addition, we are continuously investing in our people and technology to build a scalable business where the best experts thrive. The growth in fee income, and increase in effectiveness and scalability, support fee profit growth, which we expect to grow faster than fee income as the business scales​.

CapMan's long-term financial targets and distribution policy remain unchanged:

• Growth of Management Company and Service businesses excluding carried interest income of more than 15 per cent p.a. on average
• Return on equity of more than 20 per cent
• Equity ratio of more than 50 per cent
• CapMan's policy is to pay sustainable distributions that grow over time
