Correction: CapMan's Annual Report for 2024 published

CapMan has published its Annual Report for 2024 on its website at www.capman.com/annual-report/. The Annual Report includes the Report of the Board of Directors, the Financial Statements, the Auditor's Report, the Corporate Governance Statement, the Remuneration Report and the Sustainability Statement.

CapMan also publishes the Annual Report in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements with the format of the report being Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (xHTML). In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary statements have been labelled with XBRL tags and notes have been labelled with XBRL block tags. Ernst & Young, Authorised Public Accountants has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on the ESEF Financial Statements. The information has been assured in accordance with the international standard on assurance engagements ISAE 3000. The Annual Report is available in pdf and xHTML formats at www.capman.com/annual-report/ and as attachments to this release.

In our 2024 Sustainability Statement, we are preparing for the upcoming implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), which will be mandatory for CapMan starting in 2026, when 2025 data will be reported. This new regulation requires compliance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), setting guidelines for reporting on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters. To ensure we meet these standards, we are proactively integrating them into our disclosures starting this year, with an expectation of ongoing enhancements as the sector specific standards are finalised and market practices evolve.
