Carbiotix AB (publ) ("Carbiotix" or the "Company") announces today the Q3 2025 update of NutraCycle projects. Since June 30th, 2025, the total number of customer projects has increased by 8. Carbiotix now has a total of 61 customer projects. The Company added 9 new customer side-streams, bringing the total number of side-streams to 75. Additionally, Carbiotix continues with its ambition of starting five Joint Commercial Development Agreement (JCDA) projects in the second half of 2025. A JCDA project consists of two phases: (1) formulation validation with one or several F&B (Food & Beverage) CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) companies, and (2) engineering specification and investment development.

"I am once again very pleased with the growth in NutraCycle customer projects since Carbiotix last reported customer projects at the end of June. During Q3, we added 8 new customers and aim to add one new customer project per week on average. With the customer projects now totalling 61 over 75 different side-streams, we have built a wealth of knowledge about the potential of different side-streams which we will use as we ramp up marketing efforts related to our recently launched NutraCycle Formulation Lab service directed towards F&B CPG companies.
Going forward, we see many exciting developments, and Carbiotix will:
- Pursue its goal of starting five JCDA projects in second half of 2025.
- Integrate the Pilot Pre-Study project into JCDA to simplify customer acquisition and increase the focus on formulation validation as a key first step.
- Leverage a strong pipeline in terms of the number, size, and suitability of customers for its collaborative onsite upcycling and fortification business model."
