Catena Media plc has today published its 2023 annual report on the group's website at www.catenamedia.com.

The report offers detailed insights into Catena Media's business model, strategy and growth roadmap, highlighting the transformational shift in the group's strategic positioning and technological capability following the completion of the strategic review in late 2023.

Catena Media Interim CEO Pierre Cadena said: "For Catena Media, 2023 was a milestone in our journey as we accelerated the strategic recalibration of the business. We are transitioning to a leaner, agile and more data-centric organisation that is positioned to deliver a return to revenue growth in the second half of this year."

The 2023 annual financial report (including the directors' report and audit report) was prepared using the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF). A declaration by the board of directors on the ESEF report is attached to this press release.

As part of the group's ambition to minimise environmental impact, the annual report format is all-digital.

Catena Media will hold its annual general meeting on 15 May 2024 at 09:00 CEST at Hilton Malta, Portomaso, St. Julian's, STJ4012, Malta. The registration of shareholders starts at 08:00 CEST.
