Cessatech: CESSATECH ANNOUNCES LAST DAY OF TRADING IN BTU AND THE FIRST DAY OF TRADING IN WARRANTS OF SERIES TO2

København, Denmark, November 18, 2022 - The rights issue announced on October 19, 2022 in Cessatech A/S has been registered with the Danish Companies Office (Dk: "Erhvervsstyrelsen") and paid subscribed units (BTU) will be replaced by shares and warrants of series TO2.

The last day of trading in BTU is November 22, 2022. The first day of trading with new shares and warrants is November 23, 2002. Trades from the 23[rd] and onwards will be settled in the new ISIN codes. The warrants will be traded under ISIN code DK0061926888. The new shares and warrants will appear on the investors accounts from November 25, 2022.
