ChromoGenics has signed a letter of intent with Hero-Group GmbH regarding manufacturing, marketing and distribution of the dynamic glass ConverLight® Dynamic. Hero-Group is a highly respected quality supplier of advanced glass solutions and modern manufacturing processes.
Located in the North-West of Germany, Hero-Group is an innovative and technologically advanced manufacturer and supplier of glass solutions for customers in the construction and marine industries. The intention is for Hero-Group to customise, apply and laminate ChromoGenics' electrochromic film and control systems into finished products. Hero-Group ensures the quality in all phases of its glass manufacturing.
"The letter of intent is fully in line with our strategy to partner with leading companies in the glass industry, allowing us to focus more on our core competence, i.e., the production and development of electrochromic film.
