Cinis Fertilizer has appointed Stockholm Corporate Finance AB as its financial advisor.
As previously announced, Cinis Fertilizer is conducting a strategic review of its operations with focus on securing financing to ensure the company's continued operations and to enable investments required to reach the planned production capacity.
"We have appointed Stockholm Corporate Finance as independent financial advisor to assist the company's Board of Directors and management. The assignment includes leading and coordinating various strategic and financial alternatives," said Roger Johansson, Chairman of the Board, Cinis Fertilizer AB.
