The issues have been registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office on August 14, 2023. As the issue has been registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office, paid subscribed shares (BTA) will be deregistered and replaced with new shares. The last day for trading BTA on First North is August 17, 2023. Owners of BTA will then receive new shares, which are expected to be in the respective VP account and depository on August 23, 2023.

The number of registered shares increased in the issue by 25,738,461 shares, of which 2,171,946 were of series A and 23,566,515 of series B. After registration, there are 45,009,685 shares in the company, of which 3,257,919 are of series A and 41,751,766 of series B. The share capital increased at the same time by SEK 2,573,846.10 to SEK 4,500,968.50.
