In connection with the rights issue ("Rights Issue") that was announced on 11 August 2023, the Board of Directors of DecideAct A/S ("DecideAct" or the "Company") hereby announces that the Company has registered the capital increase with a total nominal value of DKK 601,419.30 (6,014,193 shares of DKK 0.10 each) with the Danish Business Authority following the completion of the Rights Issue that was announced on 7 September 2023. Reference is made to company announcement no. 16/2023 dated 7 September 2023.

Further to this, the capital increase in relation to the Board of Director's approval of the conversion of convertible debt into new shares announced on 8 September 2023 has also been registered with the Danish Business Authority. The conversion of convertible debt into new shares has raised the Company's share capital with nominally DKK 250,000 corresponding to 2,500,000 shares of DKK 0.10 each. Reference is made to company announcement no. 17/2023 dated 8 September 2023.

The new shares are identical to the Company's existing shares and an application will be made for them to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market, Denmark under the ticker `ACT'. The new shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market under the permanent ISIN code DK0061414471 on 20 September 2023.

After registration of the share capital increases detailed above, the Company's share capital amounts to nominally DKK 2,054,257.90 divided into 20,542,579 shares of nominally DKK 0.10 each. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 20,542,579.
