Dicot AB (publ) announces the outcome regarding exercising of warrants of series TO4. Holders of warrants exercised 187,738,286 warrants, corresponding to approximately 83.3 percent of the number of outstanding warrants, for subscription of 187,738,286 shares at a subscription price of SEK 0.11 per share. Therefore, no guarantee commitments will be used. Through the exercise of the warrants, Dicot will receive approximately SEK 20.7 million before issue costs.

Background
During the first quarter of 2023, Dicot conducted a rights issue of units, with one unit consisting of four new issued shares, three warrants of series TO4, and three warrants of series TO5. Each warrant of series TO4 entitled the holder to subscribe for one new share in Dicot during the subscription period June 1 to June 15, 2023.
Exercised warrants have been replaced by interim shares awaiting registration at the Swedish Companies Registration Office. The conversion of interim shares into shares is expected to take place during week 27, 2023.

Number of shares and share capital
Through the exercise of the warrants, the number of shares in Dicot increases by 187,738,286 shares, from437,409,060 to625,147,346 shares. The share capital increases by SEK1,314,168.00 fromSEK 3,061,863.42 toSEK 4,376,031.42.
For existing shareholders who have not exercised warrants of series TO4, the dilution amounts to approximately 30 percent.
