Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published on 18 March 2025 by DOF Group ASA ("DOF") regarding the signing of a USD 1,025 million senior secured term loan facility and a USD 50 million revolving credit facility.

DOF is pleased to announce that the conditions have been fulfilled and that the refinancing has been completed today.
