Company announcement no. 9-2024

Today, Laurent Mercat is stepping down from the Board of Directors of Donkey Republic effectively, but will continue to work with the company as an external consultant. 

"I have served on the Board of Donkey Republic since 2021 with the aim of supporting the Board and management with my product know-how and industry experience. Donkey Republic has matured significantly and become a prominent European player in the industry over the past years. Therefore, I've decided that the timing is right to leave the Board of Donkey Republic as the company is progressing strongly and I'm looking forward to working together in a consulting role for the company" says Laurent Mercat.

CEO of Donkey Republic, Niels Henrik Rasmussen: "Laurent Mercat has made a very valuable contribution to our company development in so many areas and ways, and I am very thankful for his great contribution. In this shift where Laurent Mercat will work as a consultant for Donkey Republic we will continue to be able to work together also exploring potential areas for further development of Donkey Republic".

Additionally to Laurent Mercat stepping down, the current Employee Representative at the Board, Marion Galan Alfonso has chosen to step down from her position as Employee Representative at the Board. Aleksander Lannoy, Senior Mobility Consultant in the Business Development team, will take up the position as Employee Representative effective as of today.
