EAB Group Plc: Schedule for financial reporting in 2020
In 2020 EAB Group Plc (Company) will publish the following financial releases:- Financial statements bulletin 2019 will be published on Friday 14 February 2020.
- Annual Report 2019 will be published on Friday 13 March 2020.
- Half-year financial report January-June 2020 will be published on Friday 28 August 2020.
The financial bulletins will be published in Finnish and English. The bulletins and the financial reports can also be read in Finnish at Company's website www.eabgroup.fi/sijoittajat/talousraportit-ja-esitykset.
Annual General Meeting will be held in Helsinki on Friday 3 April 2020. The Board of Directors will publish the notice to the Annual General Meeting later.
Prior to the publication of financial review, EAB Group Plc observes a 30-day silent period. During this period, the representatives of Company will not comment on Company's financial status or the market perspectives or meet the representatives of the capital market or media.
