Louise Richnau has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. She is currently working in her own company with investments as well as board and advisory assignments. Louise is the Chairman of the Board of Bantaba and a Board member of Castellum, Lotsberget, Sunna Group, Nordanö Holding (and companies within the Nordanö Group), Propel Capital V, Råsundapokalen and Lepano. She is a Partner/Senior Adviser at Nordanö (formerly Leimdörfer and Brunswick Real Estate) and was, among other things, responsible for establishing the first Nordic institutional real estate credit fund - Brunswick Real Estate Capital (now Niam Credit). Previously she was a business development manager at Drott (publ) and analyst at AP Fund 1, 2 and 3 (Swedish National Pension Funds).
