EasyFill AB (publ) has signed a five-year licensing and supply agreement with Klimasan, one of Europe's leading manufacturers of beverage and retail refrigeration units and a company within the international group Metalfrio Solutions S.A., a global player in commercial cooling and freezing technology. The agreement is a central part of EasyFill's international expansion strategy, focusing on scalable licensing deals and long-term partnerships with global manufacturers.
Through the agreement, Klimasan licenses EasyFill's shelf technology for integration into its refrigeration units. Klimasan also receives an optimized price on EasyFill shelves, while EasyFill secures a multi-year licensing revenue stream. The model creates favorable conditions for volume integration and long-term predictability in the business.
The five-year agreement provides EasyFill with recurring licensing revenue of a total minimum of EUR 200,000 over the full contract period. In addition, the agreement includes revenue from ongoing deliveries of EasyFill shelves and related components.
"This partnership demonstrates the strength of our licensing model. Klimasan receives an improved price on EasyFill shelves, and we secure a long-term commercial collaboration. This is exactly the type of win-win structure we aim to establish with more international manufacturers," says Tobias Sjölander, CEO of EasyFill AB (publ).
EasyFill's licensing model is scalable and available to other manufacturers wishing to integrate the company's shelf solutions into their product portfolios.
